The Atlanta Interprofessional Student Hotspotting (AISH) program is a multi-institutional, student-run volunteer program that partners with Grady Memorial Hospital to support high-utilizing patients, decrease healthcare costs, and provide an incredible real-world learning opportunity for graduate students of various professions.
What We Do:
We achieve improved outcomes by combining Interprofessional Education, Direct Patient Support, and Community Level Interventions
